1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "olebet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at olebet.cam and all subdomains and services associated therewith.
• "Platform" means the olebet website, mobile-optimised interface, gaming lobby, sportsbook, live casino environment, and all digital services accessible following account registration.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds credited to an Account that have not been subject to any wagering restriction.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet awards, or matched deposit funds that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body under whose framework olebet operates.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the olebet Platform, clicking any confirmation checkbox presented during registration, or by continuing to access the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with olebet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting olebet customer support.

olebet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the olebet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by olebet or PAGCOR;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of olebet or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.

olebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the Account and restriction of withdrawals pending resolution. Accounts where age fraud is confirmed will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the olebet Platform. The registration and maintenance of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

KYC Verification

olebet operates mandatory KYC verification as required by PAGCOR. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence), a proof of address not older than three months, and — where applicable — a selfie photograph alongside your identification document.

olebet will process KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your olebet Account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTP) associated with your registered Philippine mobile number or email address.

olebet will never, under any circumstances, ask you to disclose your password — whether via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to originate from olebet should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify olebet customer support immediately via live chat or email. olebet will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

6 Deposits

Deposits to your olebet Account are accepted via the payment methods published on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits are denominated and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are determined by the payment method selected and the verified status of the Account. Specific limits are published on the deposit page within the Platform and are subject to revision by olebet at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits via bank transfer methods may be subject to standard bank processing times. olebet is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the Account holder will not be accepted. olebet reserves the right to return funds and request alternative payment where the source of funds cannot be verified.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 8 and may not be withdrawn prior to satisfaction of those requirements.

Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are processed to a payment method registered to and verified under the Account holder's name. olebet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically completed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Limits and KYC

A minimum withdrawal amount applies as published on the Platform. Prior to processing any withdrawal, olebet may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. olebet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any ongoing investigation into Account activity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

olebet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance — or winnings derived therefrom — may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unplayed bonus credits that expire will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.

9 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the olebet Platform — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, sports betting markets, bingo, and e-sabong — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or associated help documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the game concerned.

olebet uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical processes — cards dealt by hand, wheels spun mechanically — and are not computer-generated.

In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or incorrect odds publication, olebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective Account balances. olebet will not be held liable for losses arising from such errors beyond the return of the original stake.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olebet Platform. Any confirmed breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent exclusion:

• Registration of more than one Account per individual;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes to gain financial advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Chargebacks, reversal of deposits, or abuse of payment dispute processes;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing olebet staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11 Suspension & Termination

olebet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; confirmed prohibited conduct as described in Section 10; receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or where olebet forms a reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting olebet customer support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to olebet will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Balances that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will not be paid out upon Account closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

olebet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. olebet provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a defined duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six months.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, olebet will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from accessing the Platform, including refusing re-registration attempts where the individual is identified.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, olebet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether or not olebet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

olebet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to registered Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the olebet Platform — including but not limited to the olebet name and logo, website design, software code, game graphics, promotional materials, text, images, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of olebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No Player or third party is granted any licence, express or implied, to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any olebet intellectual property without the prior written consent of olebet. Unauthorised use of olebet's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

15 Privacy and Data

olebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and the rights available to Players as data subjects are set out in detail in olebet's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request to the olebet data privacy officer, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. olebet operates the Platform within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended by Republic Act No. 9487.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to raise concerns directly with olebet customer support in the first instance, as many disputes can be resolved amicably without formal proceedings.

17 Amendments to Terms

olebet reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect upon publication on the Platform, or — for material changes — upon notification to registered Players at the email address recorded on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a revision is published. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
